The welcome
Arrive five minutes early: a few questions about what you would like, where you feel tense and any areas to avoid.
The treatment
A minute of breathing to begin, then the treatment, at the pace that suits you, in a heated room.
Coming back gently
A herbal tea in the lounge, time to get dressed without rushing before heading back into town.

Online at any time: choose your treatment and your preferred time, and we confirm within 24 hours. Please arrive five minutes early.
Before your first treatment
What should I wear for a massage?
You keep your underwear on, or we lend you disposable underwear. A towel always covers you, except for the area being massaged.
Can I have a massage while pregnant?
Yes, from the fourth month and with the agreement of your doctor or midwife: that is the pregnancy massage, lying on your side.
Are there any contraindications?
Fever, infection, phlebitis or ongoing treatment: talk to your doctor before booking and let us know when you arrive. If in doubt, we would rather postpone the treatment.
How far ahead should I book?
A week is usually enough. Allow two weeks for a Saturday or for the duo ritual.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know at least 24 hours before: cancelling is free. After that, the treatment is charged or deducted from your gift voucher.
Are treatments open to everyone?
Yes, our treatments are for everyone, from age 16 with a parent’s consent.
