Frequently asked questions

Good to know

Can I choose my therapist?

Yes, mention it in your message and we will do our best with the schedules.

What happens if I arrive late?

We keep your treatment, but it ends at the planned time so as not to delay the next person.

How do I cancel or move an appointment?

By email or through the Contact page, at least 24 hours before: it is free.

Can I use a gift voucher?

Of course: add its number to your message and it will be deducted on the day.

Are your treatments therapeutic?

No: they are wellbeing and relaxation treatments. They do not replace medical advice, a physiotherapist or any treatment.
