A place designed for calm, in the heart of Nantes
Three heated treatment rooms, a tea lounge and tall windows onto the street: welcome to our studio in the Graslin district.

Maëlle Guérin, ten years of treatments before the studio
Maëlle learned massage in Nantes, then practised for ten years in hotel spas, from La Baule to Geneva. There she gained precise technique, and the wish for a simpler place where nobody counts the minutes.
In 2019, she found this former dressmaker’s workshop in the Graslin district, with its tall windows and oak parquet. Six months of work later, Atelier Lumen opened its doors, with two therapists who share her way of working.
Trained in kobido and foot reflexology, she still welcomes her clients from Tuesday to Saturday.

The details that make the difference
A chat before every treatment
What you would like, where you feel tense, areas to avoid: the treatment adapts to you, not the other way round.
Cold-pressed organic oils
Sunflower, sweet almond and sesame, warmed just before the treatment, with no added fragrance.
Heated treatment rooms
At 24 °C all year round, with a heated table and cotton blankets.
Linen sheets and towels
Washed linen sheets and towels, changed after every treatment and washed without fabric softener.
Fifteen minutes between treatments
So we can welcome you without a wait and prepare the room properly.
A herbal tea to finish
In the lounge, time to gather yourself before heading back into town.
